Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: We offer local delivery across Qatar — not international shipping. No courier or self-pickup is required.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered next working day.
- No deliveries on Fridays.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us directly at info@elements-qtr.com or WhatsApp us.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is confirmed, our team will send you updates via WhatsApp or phone. You don’t need to track anything manually.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At ELEMENTS, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned within 3 days of delivery
- All original tags, packaging, and extras (if any) are included
Note: We do not offer refunds

- Exchanges are accepted for different sizes, colors, or if the item is defective or damaged on arrival
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging

- We’ll schedule a free pickup if approved
Exchange Processing Time
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll ship your replacement within 1–2 working days.
